Swiss Re in Mexico City seeks a detail‑oriented account professional to manage reinsurance tasks, verify account integrity, and ensure timely cash flow and settlements. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams in a global, virtual environment, driving service quality and meeting KPIs.

The role requires a university degree in finance/accounting/economics, strong English, and MS Office proficiency. Global collaboration and adherence to guidelines are essential in this fast‑paced setting.

Formación

• University degree preferably in finance, accounting, economics or administration
• Language skills: Fluent or Advanced comprehension and use of English (written, spoken, listening)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proactive problem solving with root-cause analysis
• Ability to work in virtual/remote international teams

Responsabilidades

• Exception based handling of accounts with focus on data quality and driving value through client segmentation
• Technical verification of accounts within validation framework and contract wording
• Account processing per established guidelines with potential escalations to Claims Operations
• Balance settlement with external clients according to reinsurance terms and agreements
• Cash flow management and timely collection of accounts receivable in portfolio with Cash Team
• Meet priorities, deadlines and service standards and achieve KPIs
• Regular reporting to supervisor and stakeholders
• Cross-functional information sharing and data quality/risk management tasks
• Direct communication with internal and external clients to resolve operational issues
