Ericsson in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Service Support Specialist, an entry-level role coordinating maintenance activities, dispatch, and logistics to keep services available and within SLA.

You will receive work orders from Operator's Customer Care Center or NOCs, resolve them, and provide status updates on repair or restoration. Fresh graduates with good English and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply; weekend shifts may be required.

Formación
