Ericsson is seeking a Service Support Specialist in a junior role to coordinate maintenance activities, dispatch and logistics, ensuring operators' services stay available and meet SLAs.

You will receive work orders from Customer Care Centers or NOCs, provide status updates, and support corrective and preventive maintenance across our global 50-country footprint. Fresh graduates in Telecom or IT with fluent English are invited to apply.

Formación

• Fresh graduates in Telecom or IT related.
• Fluent English communication is a must.
• Experience in Service Desk or Customer Service preferred.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shift-based support team.
• Basic programming is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Customer order handling Ericsson System Intakes.
• Dispatch and Logistics managed services coordination for field technicians.
• Support to Customer Work Orders corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Handle logistics topics: RMA, material, device deliveries and returns.
