Ericsson in Queretaro, Mexico is seeking a Service Support Specialist to coordinate maintenance activities and dispatch/logistics to ensure services meet agreed SLAs. You will receive work orders from the Operator Care Center or NOCs, resolve them to the customer's satisfaction, and provide meaningful status on repairs and restorations.

Key tasks include handling customer orders, Service Desk processes, Field Operations Dispatch, and proactive customer service.

Formación

• Fresh graduates with interest in support.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ideally some Service Desk or Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.
