ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH in Guadalajara, Mexico invites fresh graduates to join our RPA Development Team as an Associate RPA Developer. You will design, develop, test and implement automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, follow runbooks, document designs, and stay current with RPA trends. This onsite role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and the chance to grow within a global leader

Formación

Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or MCA.
Quick learner with strong technical ability.
Clear verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and data entry.
Create and maintain technical documentation including process design documents and deployment guides.
Configure and deploy software robots to execute automation workflows in production.
Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT to ensure quality and reliability.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to resolve issues promptly.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
