ASSA ABLOY Group in Guadalajara, Mexico, is hiring an Associate RPA Developer to join the RPA Development Team. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation using UiPath and Power Automate, working closely with business stakeholders onsite in Guadalajara.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a strong technical background, good English communication, and the ability to follow runbooks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or MCA
• Quick learner with strong technical ability
• Attention to detail in monitoring and documentation
• Clear verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to follow structured runbooks and escalation paths
• Hands-on experience with UiPath RPA tool

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and data entry
• Create and maintain technical documentation including process design documents and deployment guides
• Configure and deploy software robots to execute automation workflows in production
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure quality and reliability
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes and work with cross-functional teams for ongoing support
• Stay updated on RPA trends and provide training to end-users

The RPA Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing and implementing automation solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
