ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas is seeking fresh graduates for an on-site Associate RPA Developer role in Guadalajara, Mexico. You will gain hands-on experience automating business processes using UiPath and Power Automate, contributing to end-to-end automation projects and documentation.

The role focuses on analyzing requirements, designing and deploying automation, and collaborating with IT operations and business teams to ensure reliable production workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or MCA required.
• Quick learner with strong technical ability.
• Attention to detail in monitoring and documentation.
• Comfort with multi-domain technology exposure.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Collaborative mindset; works well within a senior team.
• Ability to follow structured runbooks and escalation paths.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate to automate tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents and deployment guides.
• Configure and deploy software robots to execute automation workflows in production.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure quality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to resolve issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams for implementation and ongoing support.
