ASSA ABLOY en México busca un Associate RPA Developer para unirse al equipo de desarrollo de RPA en Guadalajara. El puesto se centra en automatizar procesos empresariales utilizando UiPath y Power Automate, con enfoque en diseño, desarrollo y pruebas de soluciones RPA para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.

• Bachillerato en ciencias de la computación/ingeniería o MCA.
• Aprendizaje rápido con buena capacidad técnica.

• Inglés hablado y escrito claro.
• Colaboración—equipo sénior.
• Capacidad para seguir runbooks y rutas de escalada

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar con las partes interesadas para entender requisitos y oportunidades de automatización.
• Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones RPA usando UiPath y Power Automate para automatizar tareas repetitivas.
• Crear y mantener documentación técnica de diseño, arquitectura y guías de despliegue.
• Configurar e desplegar robots para ejecutar flujos de automatización en producción.
• Realizar pruebas unitarias, integración y UAT para asegurar calidad.
• Monitorear y depurar procesos de automatización para resolver problemas.
• Trabajar con equipos transversales para asegurar implementación y soporte.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias en RPA, UiPath y Power Automate, y aplicarlas.

We are looking for highly motivated fresh graduates to join ourRPA Development Team as Associate RPA Developer. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about enterprise technology to gain hands-on experienceautomating business processes using RPA technologies, with a focus on UiPath and Power Automate. The RPA Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing,testingand implementing automation solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.

Please note this is an onsite position based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

What you will be doing

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements andidentifyautomation opportunities.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, and other manual processes.
• Create andmaintaintechnical documentation including process design documents, solution architecture, and deployment guides.
• Configure and deploy software robots (bots) to execute automation workflows in production environments.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of automation solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes toidentifyand resolve issuesin a timely manner.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, IT operations, and support teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of RPA solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies, particularly UiPath and Power Automate, andleveragethem to enhance automation capabilities.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on using RPA solutions effectively.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineeringor M.C.A
• Quick learner with strong technical ability
• Attention to detail in monitoring and documentation
• Comfort with multi-domain technology exposure
• Clear verbal and written communication in English
• Collaboration — works well within a senior team
• Ability to follow structured runbooks and escalation paths

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR ABILITIES:

• Strong understanding of any programming (C, Dot Net, Java, or Python) & database concepts
• Strong Logical & Problem-Solving Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Good understanding of fundamental concepts in RPA, AI & ML
• Hands on experiencein UiPathRPA tool.
• Good to have knowledge in Power Automate
• Certification in UiPath or power automate would bean addedadvantage.
