ASSA ABLOY is seeking an Associate RPA Developer to join the RPA Development Team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role focuses on automating business processes using UiPath and Power Automate, with responsibilities spanning analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions.

Fresh graduates with a passion for enterprise technology will gain hands-on experience and support across business analysts and IT operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or MCA
• Quick learner with strong technical ability
• Attention to detail and documentation
• Clear verbal and written English communication
• Ability to follow structured runbooks and escalation paths

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and automation opportunities.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including process design documents and deployment guides.
• Configure and deploy bots in production environments and perform testing (unit, system integration, UAT).
• Monitor, troubleshoot and support automation processes; coordinate with IT operations and analysts.
