• Entry-level DRE position requiring strong engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage component timelines from concept to launch.
• Interest in automotive problem-solving and cross-functional execution.

Responsabilidades

• Design & Packaging: optimize powertrain packaging and clearances using CAD in a tight mid-engine bay.
• Engineering Release & PLM: own BOM and track ECNs/ECOs through PLM systems like Teamcenter or Enovia.
• Structural & NVH Optimization: review FEA for fatigue, durability, and NVH of brackets and mounts.
• Validation & Quality: support DVP&R, use DFMEA to mitigate risks before prototyping.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Manufacturing, Styling, Purchasing, and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Project Tracking: maintain timelines with Gantt or Agile workflows.
