Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Mexico is seeking a junior Chassis DRE (Design and Release Engineer) for steering systems. You will support design, packaging, and component release, coordinate with suppliers, and contribute to validation and change control activities.

The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality, cost, timing, and technical requirements are met across the steering subsystem.

Responsabilidades

• Design and Release: support design, packaging, and component release for steering systems.
• Supplier Management: coordinate with steering component suppliers on development and specs.
• Validation and Testing: track DVP&R testing for assigned components.
• Problem Solving: apply 8D and Ishikawa methodologies to issues in prototype/production.
• Change Control: manage ECO/ECR changes for components.
• Teamwork: work with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure viability.
