ALTEN Mexico is seeking a junior Systems Requirements Engineer for the Infotainment subsystem. The role focuses on eliciting and managing requirements, liaising between DREs and System Architects, and supporting SDLC activities for automotive infotainment hardware and software.

Proficiency with DOORS, RTC, and JIRA is valued along with fundamentals in CAN/LIN and embedded systems. A related engineering degree is required and initial experience is 0–1 years.

Formación

• University degree in Mechatronics/Electronics/Computer Systems/Software/Telecommunications.
• 0–1 years of experience in requirements definition, management and elicitation.
• Basic experience with IBM DOORS, RTC and JIRA.
• Basic SDLC understanding and diagnostics knowledge.
• Knowledge of CAN/LIN protocols and embedded systems.

Responsabilidades

• Write, update, and maintain technical requirements for the Infotainment subsystem across production phases.
• Conduct requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Utilize IBM DOORS for requirements management and traceability.
• Perform system requirements analysis and assist in design of infotainment hardware/software.
• Act as liaison between DREs and System Architects; ensure correct HW/SW integration.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware/software system failures.
• Use RTC and JIRA to manage workflows and SDLC tasks.
