ALTEN Mexico is a subsidiary of ALTEN Group providing engineering and IT services globally. We are seeking a Systems Requirements Engineer Jr to act as the liaison between Design & Release Engineers and System Architects for Infotainment subsystems.

The role emphasizes requirements engineering, traceability with DOORS, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. The candidate will work on production-phase requirements, DFMEA, and support diagnostic and validation activities within a

• University degree in a related engineering field.
• Basic level experience in requirements definition and elicitation.
• Familiarity with DOORS for requirements management.
• Familiarity with RTC for workflow control.
• Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking.
• Familiarity with SDLC and hardware/software diagnostics.
• Basic knowledge of CAN/LIN vehicle protocols.
• Embedded systems knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage system requirements for the Infotainment subsystem.
• Elicit requirements via stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Use IBM DOORS for requirements management and traceability.
• Collaborate on infotainment hardware/software design and testing.
• Support system modeling and architecture activities.
• Coordinate between DREs and System Architects.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure hardware-software integration.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware/software issues with diagnostics tools.
• Track work using RTC and JIRA across SDLC.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and reports.
