Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Toluca is seeking a Junior Design & Release Engineer (DRE) focused on Front Structure Closures to support the design, packaging, and release of front-end assemblies.

You will collaborate with senior DREs, CAE simulation engineers, manufacturing plant personnel, and Tier-1 suppliers to ensure components meet structural rigidity and manufacturability standards.

Formación

• Experience with front-end closure design and packaging in automotive.
• Familiarity with DCN/ECN change processes and BOM management.
• Basic GD&T and DFMEA understanding.

Responsabilidades

• CAD modeling, packaging studies, and clearance evaluations for front closure assemblies and structural interfaces.
• Assist in DCN/ECN routing, BOM updates, and revision control throughout development.
• Work on hood interfaces with aprons, shock towers, and bumper beams.
• Support GD&T checks and update DFMEA documents as needed.
• Assist with validation testing, prototype builds, and CAE feedback loops.
• Coordinate with Stamping, Tooling, BIW Assembly and Quality teams on DFMA guidelines.
