Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA seeks a Mid-Level Design & Release Engineer (DRE) specializing in Body Closures to drive development, integration, and release of static and dynamic closures. The role covers end-to-end lifecycle from early 3D packaging to manufacturing launch, in a hybrid work setting in Toluca.

You will collaborate with OEM design teams, CAE analysts, quality engineers, and Tier-1 suppliers to meet structural, sealing, durability, ergonomic, and crash performance requirements.

Formación

• Lead the design, packaging, release, and life-cycle management for dynamic closures and static structural closure systems.
• Engineer moving systems such as hinges, latches, strikers, check arms, power closing actuators, side-impact beams, weather-strip sealing interfaces.
• Perform packaging studies, clearance analysis, and surface alignment evaluations in NX or CATIA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, packaging, release, and life-cycle management (DCN/ECN) for dynamic closures and static structural closure systems.
• Engineer functional moving systems including hinges, latches, strikers, and weather-strip interfaces.
• Conduct 3D CAD packaging studies and clearance analyses to ensure proper fit and sealing.
• Coordinate with Tier-1 suppliers and internal teams to ensure DFMA feasibility.
