SEGULA Technologies seeks a Junior Design Release Engineer (DRE) for chassis suspension to support end-to-end design, development, validation, and release of suspension components such as control arms, springs, dampers, and bushings. The role requires collaboration with suppliers and manufacturing facilities across Saltillo, Toluca, or Santa Fe for alignment and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in mechanical/automotive engineering, 1–3 years in automotive product

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in automotive product engineering focused on chassis/suspension is preferred.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and engineering change processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing CAD modeling, drafting standards, and release processes within PLM systems (Teamcenter, Enovia).
• Contribute to design and development of suspension components for packaging, durability, NVH, clearance, and serviceability.
• Coordinate with Tier-1 suppliers and Mexican plants to resolve build issues and quality concerns.
• Support DVP&R development and monitor component testing (bench, rig, vehicle).
• Participate in 8D, DFMEA, and quality investigations for manufacturing or field issues.
• Collaborate with purchasing, quality, vehicle integration, and plant launch teams to meet timing, cost, and weight targets.
