Job summary

ZF Foxconn (ZFFCN) is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the San Luis Potosí plant. You will work with SAP data, build dashboards in Power BI, and enhance forecast accuracy.

This role suits detail-oriented professionals who enjoy data, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver accurate insights that guide business decisions. You will contribute to standardization and data integrity within a manufacturing finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level candidate or final semester in Finance/Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering with finance interest.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills essential.
Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and distribute monthly financial reports.
Develop standardized reporting templates and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
Support forecast and budgeting processes with accurate data.
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with Cost Accounting, GL Accounting and Operations.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve FP&A processes.
