Job summary

ZF Foxconn is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will standardize processes, build dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and ensure data integrity across SAP systems while collaborating with cost accounting, G/L, and operations teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, process improvement, and cross-functional teamwork in a manufacturing environment. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• Power BI knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills required (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).

In this role, you will support the plant's financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities while helping build a strong and scalable FP&A foundation.This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating across functions to provide accurate financial insights that support business decisions.
