ZF Foxconn (ZFFCN) is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the San Luis Potosí plant. You will work with SAP data, build dashboards in Power BI, and enhance forecast accuracy.

This role suits detail-oriented professionals who enjoy data, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver accurate insights that guide business decisions. You will contribute to standardization and data integrity within a manufacturing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level candidate or final semester in Finance/Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering with finance interest.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills essential.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute monthly financial reports.

Join Our Team

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support the plant's financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities while helping build a strong and scalable FP&A foundation.

This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating across functions to provide accurate financial insights that support business decisions. You will play a key role in standardizing reporting structures, enhancing forecast accuracy, and ensuring data integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Process Standardization

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute monthly financial reports.
• Develop and standardize reporting templates, dashboards, and financial models using Excel and Power BI.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across Actuals, Forecasts, and Budget reporting processes.
• Support the creation of scalable and standardized FP&A processes.

Forecasting & Budget Support

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and annual budgeting activities.
• Consolidate financial and operational information from multiple sources.
• Maintain and update forecasting models to improve accuracy and visibility.

Financial Analysis

• Perform variance analysis, including: Actual vs. Forecast Actual vs. Prior Year
• Identify key business drivers related to volume, cost, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Data Management & Financial Integrity

• Extract, validate, and reconcile financial data from SAP and other reporting systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Maintain clean, reliable datasets to support reporting and analysis activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Cost Accounting, General Ledger Accounting, and Operations teams.
• Support alignment between financial reporting and operational performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting requirements.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data flows.
• Support automation, simplification, and standardization initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of efficient and sustainable financial processes.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or currently in the final semesters of: Finance Accounting Economics Industrial Engineering (with a strong interest in Finance)

Experience & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of: Financial Statements Cost Accounting and Cost Structures Financial Planning & Analysis processes
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI is considered a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel skills (required), including: Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP SUMIFS and other analytical formulas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Languages

• Intermediate-Advanced English (written and spoken).
