Emma – The Sleep Company in Mexico City is seeking a driven accounting student to join our regional Tax Compliance and Financial Reporting team. You will support tax returns, assist with ERP data integration, and collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure IFRS alignment.

This role offers hands-on experience, exposure to MS Dynamics 365, and a clear path to professional growth within a global, diverse environment.

Formación

• Pursuing or completing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills for data management.
• Interest or familiarity with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365) is a plus.
• Problem-solver with ability to meet deadlines in a multicultural team.

Responsabilidades

• Regional Tax Compliance: support and ensure timely tax returns across Mexico, Brazil, and Americas jurisdictions.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: review monthly/quarterly data, variance analysis for sales, margins, inventories.
• Systems & Data Integration: support ERP data integration between accounting and ecommerce platform data.
• Cross-Border Support: participate in projects to align local accounting with IFRS.
• Audit & Documentation Support: assist in gathering tax certificates and audit documentation.
