KONE Mexico is seeking a Jr Engineer based in Torreón to join our engineering team. The role focuses on solving problems and designing innovative solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with codes and standards.

You will create technical design proposals, document your work with drawings and electrical diagrams, verify and validate designs, and support agile practices.

Formación

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to generate innovative solutions.
• Experience in technical design creation, documentation, and validation.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Able to work in agile, cross-functional teams and contribute to sprint planning.

Responsabilidades

• Create technical design proposals using applicable tools and document with drawings and diagrams.
• Verify and validate own designs; develop concepts, mock-ups and prototypes for implementation.
• Maintain and update existing designs; execute corrective or preventive actions when needed.
• Support agile ways of working; participate in sprint planning and collaborate with software teams.
• Identify and report technical and schedule risks; manage product data per PDM/PLM guidelines.
