Kyndryl is seeking a Middleware Platform Administrator in Mexico City to manage enterprise middleware platforms that enable application integration, messaging, and business processes. You will ensure stability and high availability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on server and messaging experience, ITIL-compliant deployments, and strong problem-solving in production environments with intermediate English proficiency.

Formación

• 4+ years administering middleware platforms in production.
• Hands-on with WebLogic/WebSphere/Tomcat/IIS/Apache/Nginx or equivalent.
• Experience with IBM MQ, TIBCO EMS, Confluent Kafka (Connectors/Control Center).
• BPM/Process automation platforms (TIBCO BPM/iProcess/BusinessWorks, Pega, Red Hat PAM/jBPM, IBM BAMOE).
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in high-availability environments.
• ITIL-based deployments, changes, patches, upgrades with clear docs.
• Intermediate English for technical docs and global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and operate middleware platforms for integration and automation.
• Manage application and web servers to ensure high availability.
• Support messaging, streaming, and integration platforms across systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune performance in production under SLAs.
• Execute deployments and patching following ITIL practices with audit trails.
