Plexus Corp. is seeking a Financial Analyst - Business Partner to provide financial leadership to Customer Focus Teams at our manufacturing sites. The role focuses on advancing financial acumen and strategic collaboration to drive profitability and growth across customer programs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields and 1 year of related experience. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Excel and experience with financial systems are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration required; Finance/Accounting/Economics preferred.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as key financial partner to CFT, leading discussions and constructing forecasts.
• Lead month-end close process with site management and corporate accounting to ensure accurate results.
• Manage customer financials to influence operations and maximize performance; include margin and cost recovery analysis.
• Lead monthly customer sales and margin forecast process and provide weekly updates.
