Citi in Mexico City seeks a Digital Content Analyst 2 to join the marketing team. You will write, edit, and produce digital content, analyze performance data, and align content with business KPIs across Citi's pillar topics.

You will coordinate with internal partners and global teams to optimize engagement and drive strategic learning across campaigns. Candidates typically have 0-2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

• 0-2 years of experience in writing, editing and producing digital content.

Responsabilidades

• Work with internal content partners to ensure content serves business objectives and KPIs.
• Create content for specific pillars and oversee the content calendar, including editing.
• Ensure compliance with business, legal and compliance review of content and imagery.
• Review analytics and optimize content to meet traffic and engagement goals.
• Support media planning and distribution with agency partners.
• Partner with global teams to share learnings and support consumer strategy pilots.
• Build audience profiles and segments aligned with Citi content.
• Support retargeting strategy across Citi card and bank audiences.
• Provide data to justify ongoing content investment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on partnership agreements with internal stakeholders.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold Citi's reputation and compliance.
