Citi in Mexico City is seeking a Digital Content Intmd Analyst to work with content partners to drive content that supports business objectives and KPIs. You will develop and oversee content calendars, editing, and distribution while measuring impact with analytics.

The role requires 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, content writing/editing, and a university degree. You will collaborate with internal teams and agencies to optimize content and ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, content writing/editing, and related experiences.
• Experience with creating and editing content to meet objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal content partners to align content with business goals and KPIs.
• Create content and manage the content calendar for topics and editing.
• Support content amplification and distribution across paid/owned/earned channels.
• Ensure compliance with business, legal, and compliance review of content and imagery.
• Provide recommendations with agency partners to optimize for search and engagement.
• Track analytics to meet traffic and program KPIs.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop content distribution plans with agencies.
• Support consumer strategy and share learnings with global teams.
• Utilize paid channels (social media, syndication) to align with content topics.
• Understand quarterly paid media budgets and marketing programs.
• Build audience profiles and retargeting strategies for Citi customers.
