Responsibilities

• Track and update shipment status daily.
• Review and manage import documentation (AMS download).
• Enter and maintain accurate data in CargoWise.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and global OEC teams.
• Support billing and ensure timely invoicing.
• Provide customer support via email and phone.
• Build strong relationships with shipping lines, trucking companies, and partners.
• Monitor reports and support operational KPIs.
• Continuously learn and improve workflow processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Track and update shipment status daily

Summer Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
