We are seeking a Junior Engineer to support engineering activities related to process improvement, planning, analysis, design, and manufacturing operations. Execute engineering activities following established procedures, standards, and work instructions.
Support the planning and scheduling of engineering activities, resources, and projects.
Participate in the analysis of methods, processes, machinery, materials, and maintenance systems to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in the design and development of products, processes, equipment, and tooling.
Support quality control and process control activities to ensure operational performance and compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Assist in new product introduction (NPI), process reengineering, and manufacturing improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
6 to 12 months of experience within an Engineering department performing entry-level engineering activities.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of manufacturing systems, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), MRP, and MTM is preferred.
Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI), process reengineering, maintenance processes, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Understanding of ISO/QS quality systems, environmental standards, and workplace safety requirements.
Experience with engineering and data analysis software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Power BI is a plus.
