Our client, a large-scale industrial complex in Hermosillo, Sonora , is seeking a highly competent Head of Cleaning and Sanitation Services for its plants. This senior management position is responsible for the overall strategic planning, execution, and oversight of all cleaning and sanitation operations across the facility, ensuring compliance with stringent safety, environmental, and operational standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial cleaning management, a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and exceptional leadership skills to manage a large team and complex budgets.
