Key Responsibilities

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring cleaning or maintenance. Mix and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to manufacturer instructions and regulatory standards. Dispose of hazardous materials and waste in compliance with environmental regulations. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, materials used, and any encountered issues. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks. Respond promptly to emergency cleaning situations as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Industrial Cleaner or in a similar role. Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, materials, and equipment. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning in industrial settings. Ability to operate heavy cleaning machinery. Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding environments, including heights and confined spaces when necessary. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in cleaning or a related field is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings if required.
