Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in FMCG.
• Proven track record in large-scale manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

This executive-level position demands a strategic leader with extensive experience in manufacturing, production management, and operational excellence within a high-volume environment. The Director will be responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring product quality, managing costs, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and a proven ability to manage large teams and complex production processes. Key Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Must be willing to relocate to or reside in Hermosillo, Sonora, MX.
