Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in facility management or environmental services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in sustainable practices and green cleaning programs.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and waste management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements
