Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consumer goods product development.
• Identify market opportunities and translate into concepts.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer needs assessment.
• Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.
• Oversee product design, prototyping, and testing phases.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and feasibility.
• Develop and execute product launch strategies in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
• Manage product P&L and drive profitability.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and implement necessary improvements.
• Lead and mentor the product development team.

This senior role is responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept generation and market research to product design, development, and launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to ensure products meet market demands and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of consumer trends, product development methodologies, and a proven ability to bring successful products to market. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process for consumer goods.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in the specific consumer goods sector of the company is highly desirable.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mexicali, Baja California .
