Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the company's new product development pipeline.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of scientists and project managers across various R&D disciplines.
• Oversee all phases of drug development, including target identification, lead optimization, pre-clinical studies, and clinical trial design.
• Ensure robust scientific integrity and adherence to all regulatory requirements throughout the development process.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively to meet strategic objectives.
• Foster strong collaborations with academic institutions, biotechnology partners, and contract research organizations (CROs).
• Prepare and present development plans, progress reports, and regulatory submissions to senior management and health authorities.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and therapeutic areas for potential development opportunities.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.D.) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology).
