• 8+ years in product development or product management focused on consumer products.
• Proven track record of launching and managing products in the market.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, market research and consumer behavior.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consumer goods product development.
• Identify market opportunities and translate into concepts.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer needs assessment.
• Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.
• Oversee product design, prototyping, and testing phases.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and feasibility.
• Develop and execute product launch strategies in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
• Manage product P&L and drive profitability.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and implement necessary improvements.
