You will uphold top quality, presentation, and safety while guiding a dynamic culinary team. The position calls for extensive experience in high-volume establishments, a culinary degree or equivalent, and a commitment to excellence in every service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in high-volume establishments.
• Extensive knowledge of Mexican cuisine and techniques.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in cost control and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Residency or willingness to relocate to Toluca.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop, plan, and execute innovative menus that highlight the best of Mexican flavors, considering seasonality and ingredient availability.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing waste.
