VivaAerobus seeks an experienced SAP Lead Consultant to drive financial and business process transformations using SAP S/4HANA. You will lead SAP projects, coordinate with business stakeholders, external partners, and IT teams to ensure compliant, timely, and high-quality implementations aligned with Viva's architecture and governance.

The role requires extensive SAP Finance, Controlling, Treasury, and MM/HCM expertise, strong leadership, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI, CO, TR, MM, and HCM.
• Experience with VIM and IFRS 16.
• Experience managing tech consulting firms and external vendors.
• Strong project management and PMO practices.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements analysis and documentation for SAP-based financial processes.
• Coordinate SAP S/4HANA projects with implementation partners.
• Monitor incidents, developments, and project plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Oversee governance, security, and architectural compliance.

• Support new SAP modules and functionalities as business needs evolve.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and IT leadership.

Position: SAP Lead Consultant

We are looking for a functional leader with extensive SAP S/4HANA experience to drive the technological evolution of our financial and business processes. This role will be responsible for leading projects and continuous improvement initiatives, serving as the key liaison between business stakeholders, external partners, and the IT team to ensure successful implementations aligned with Viva's architecture, security, and IT governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, definition, and documentation of functional business requirements.
• Coordinate SAP S/4HANA projects, initiatives, and enhancements with specialized implementation partners.
• Monitor incidents, developments, and project plans, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Validate that implemented solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
• Oversee implementations to ensure compliance with architecture, security, and IT governance standards.
• Coordinate project handovers and system enhancements to business users, ensuring a smooth transition into operations.
• Promote SAP as a strategic platform for financial process transformation and optimization.
• Support the implementation of new SAP modules and functionalities as business needs evolve.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, and incident status to business stakeholders and IT leadership.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and maximize the value of the SAP platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience implementing and evolving SAP solutions.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Treasury (TR), Materials Management (MM), and Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) - preferred
• Experience with financial processes, accounting, treasury, and IFRS 16.
• Experience managing technology consulting firms and external vendors.Solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Integration Suite, and SAP integrations is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and results‑oriented skills.
