Yochana in Mexico is seeking a Java Support Engineer to join our IT operations team. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Java-based solutions, with emphasis on stability, performance, and incident handling.

You will collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver robust system documentation and playbooks for faster resolution of incidents.

Formación

• 3+ years of IT experience.
• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with monitoring and support processes.

Responsabilidades

• Independently installs, customizes, and integrates software packages.
• Facilitates root cause analysis of system issues.
• Collaborates with the team to review code and perform unit testing.
• Develops system documentation/playbooks and participates in requirements, design, and code reviews.
• Assists in creating accurate work estimates for work packages.
• Responds to major incidents and supports vulnerability handling.
