Infosys is seeking a Java production support analyst. The role interfaces with key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across SDLC stages including requirements elicitation.

Will also deliver high quality code, support testing and other activities related to project implementation, transition, and warranty. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 3+ years of IT experience with production/support activities.
• Experience in Core Java/J2EE, and RDBMS.
• Proficient in analyzing application logs and debugging.
• Hybrid work model with on-site presence required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement bug and coding fixes in production support.
• Collaborate with team to analyze and resolve issues.
• Identify defects via debugging or log analysis to find root cause.
• Improve stability and automate recurring alerts/processes.
• Engage with engineering to optimize application setup and processing.
