Brillio is seeking a Java Application Support Engineer to provide production support, monitor enterprise Java applications, and troubleshoot complex issues in AWS environments. The role emphasizes incident management, log analysis, and collaboration with development, infra, DB, and business teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Java support, experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira, and familiarity with Unix/Linux and Agile processes. On-call rotations are part of the duties.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Java Application Support or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for mission-critical Java applications.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability across environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support deployments, releases, and upgrades.
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot Oracle database issues.
