Job summary

REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. is seeking a senior project manager to lead large-scale retail projects from ideation through operationalization. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, shaping roadmaps, and guiding adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.

You will partner with stakeholders to define workflows, develop project plans, and deliver proof of concepts and training materials to ensure successful implementation in a remote, Mexico-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of retail and project management experience.
• Proficient with Sterling OMS and its functions in an omni-fulfillment environment.
• High-level understanding of microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects of diverse scope and high complexity: manage project roadmap, facilitate project planning, run brainstorming sessions, prioritize projects and features.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop workflow, project plans, proof of concepts, operating procedures and instructional training materials for evaluation and adoption of new processes.
• Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces; develop functional specifications and deliver on time.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure project success through ideation, pilot, prototype and operationalization.

• Ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces; develop functional specifications and deliver in a successful and timely manner
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure the success of your projects through entire lifecycle including: ideation, pilot, prototype and operationalization.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related experience required
• 5+ years of Retail and project management experience
• Sterling OMS and its functions in an omni-fulfillment environment
• Understanding of microservice architectures at a very high level
• Shipping Methods and Logistics
• Innovative, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking
