Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Specialist based in Mexico with 30%+ travel across Mexico and North America. You will lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live, manage plans and risks, and collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver solutions for fashion and apparel retail customers.

The role requires hands-on delivery of retail technology implementations, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to advance complex projects as a senior IC

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.
