UST in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks an IT Project Manager to lead complex site relocations and facility migrations, coordinating vendors and stakeholders across regions to execute an IT cutover with zero drama.

The role requires exceptional communication, multi-stream coordination, and rigorous risk and budget management to ensure on-time, within-spec migrations and a smooth go-live.

Formación

• 5+ years IT Project Management demonstrated experience.
• Direct experience managing site relocations or facility migrations.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to juggle multiple vendors and distributed teams.
• Strong written and in-room communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure migrations and facility buildouts.
• Orchestrate stakeholders across business units, technical teams, vendors, and site leadership.
• Plan IT infrastructure across network, data center, end-user computing, telephony and facilities.
• Manage scope creep, schedule adherence, and financial guardrails.
• Execute cutover with go-live planning, parallel run management, and post-migration stabilization.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• 5+ years IT Project Management (proven track record)
• Direct experience managing site relocations or facility migrations
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking fundamentals
• Ability to juggle multiple vendors and distributed teams
• Strong communication—both written and in-room presence

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Manufacturing or life sciences sector background
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
