Donaldson is seeking an IT Asset, Vendor, and Financial Management professional to optimize assets, contracts, and IT spend. You will partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Compliance to drive cost savings and data-driven decisions across the supplier lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in IT procurement or vendor management, strong Excel skills, and advanced English. Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus; you will develop KPIs and vendor scorecards to deliver business value.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze IT software and asset utilization data to identify trends and drive cost savings.
• Monitor vendor spending and expenditure patterns to optimize IT expenditures.
• Develop forecasts, trend analysis, and assess supplier risks to support budgeting and sourcing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards and KPIs to measure service quality and business value.
• Monitor vendor and contract performance to ensure compliance with SLAs.

Responsible for IT Asset, Vendor, and Financial Management, driving cost optimization, vendor performance, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. Partnering with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance teams to optimize assets, contracts, spending, and supplier relationships while identifying opportunities for efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze IT software and asset utilization data to identify trends, optimize usage, and drive cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor and analyze vendor spending and expenditure patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize IT expenditures.
• Develop forecasts, perform trend analysis, and assess supplier risks to support budgeting, procurement planning, and sourcing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards and KPIs to measure service quality, supplier performance, and business value.
• Monitor vendor and contract performance to identify improvement opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High level of accuracy and analytical skills.
