Donaldson Company in Monterrey is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support operational inventory and logistics analysis using Oracle ERP. You will identify discrepancies and optimize stock levels to ensure efficient rotation.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or administration, 3+ years' experience, and proficiency with ERP systems, Power BI, and advanced Excel. A Lean/Six Sigma mindset is desirable, with focus on continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration.
• 3+ years of experience as an Inventory Analyst.
• Experience analyzing KPIs and operational metrics.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Data management and analysis using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed inventory analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Optimize inventory levels and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Manage slow-moving materials or items at risk of obsolescence.
• Conduct inventory movements and reconciliation.
• Experience with Oracle ERP (preferred).
