Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Manager, IT – EDI B2B Services to lead global EDI/B2B/GDSN delivery, API management, and SAP integrations. You will drive modernization, vendor governance, and strategic initiatives across Zones while managing three direct reports.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business and implementation teams, ensuring reliable information exchange with external partners and internal platforms.

Formación

• Proven track record in IT leadership roles focused on EDI/B2B/GDSN services and delivery in complex, global environments.
• Strong experience with vendor management, including SLA governance and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience navigating procurement/commercial processes to engage external vendors and partners.
• Deep understanding of SAP integration landscapes and API management for enterprise systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EDI/B2B/GDSN service delivery across Zones with focus on reliability and governance.
• Define and drive modernization strategies for interoperability, scalability, and performance of integration platforms.
• Oversee vendor governance, contracts/SOW, and procurement activities to ensure quality and accountability.
• Manage a leadership team of three managers, with focus on talent development and career progression.
