HP is seeking an IT End User Support and Collaboration Support Engineer to design and operate support services for business applications and information systems. You will collaborate with IT teams, deploy infrastructure, and mentor junior staff while addressing complex incidents and projects.

Role requires advanced technical knowledge across IT platforms and experience in incident management, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience in IT services or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Deploys end-user or enterprise infrastructure, applications, or services of moderate complexity.
• Researches, designs, and develops operational support services for business applications and information systems.
• Identifies, develops, and prioritizes support services based on business criticality.
• Leads small teams of support engineers or applications specialists when required.
• Analyzes requirements, configures software, implements infrastructure, creates documentation, and maintains systems.
• Acts as incident life cycle coordinator or service delivery lead for complex issues.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects with professional reports.
