• Experience as Applications Development Manager.
• Senior level experience in Applications Development.
• Stakeholder and people management experience.

• Proven project management skills.
• Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams to achieve goals, including performance evaluations and hiring actions.
• Provide technical oversight across multiple Applications Development areas.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.
• Contribute to strategy formulation for applications development and other areas.
• Develop knowledge of how business areas integrate to meet goals.
• Provide evaluative judgment from data analysis in complex situations.
• Monitor delivery, participate in budget management, and handle day-to-day staff management.
• Ensure procedures are followed and help define standards; negotiate with external parties when needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard Citigroup and assets, and escalate control issues with transparency.
