Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara North, Mexico, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our IT team. You will explore complex business problems and design automated, customized and standardized systems to improve efficiency across operations.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will define requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful implementation of projects that meet site needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• English proficiency.
• Interest in technology and confidence to demonstrate products.
• Experience and general knowledge of computerized databases, supply chain management and process guidelines.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package.

Responsibilities

• Research complex problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency by planning and scheduling project deliverables, goals, milestones.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures that are cost effective, delivering consultation to users related to automated systems.
• Design, test and implement new systems and system enhancements in line with site requirements.
• Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site requirements.
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues for smooth operation.
• Write functional and technical specifications for developers and drive Global IT projects.

The Business Systems Analyst** In this role, you’ll be in charge of exploring complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed, and standardized systems implementations and solutions, while being in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes to make them more efficient.
