Job summary

PwC México is seeking an IT AI Strategy Manager to lead client-facing strategy work within our Technology Strategy practice. You will shape how organizations use technology and AI to support business goals, and you will guide teams, coach talent, and manage workstreams with a practical, accountable approach.

You will assess market trends, define strategic options, translate needs into recommendations, and discuss solutions with senior stakeholders across diverse client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in professional services or consulting with strategy experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy workstreams that define AI vision, roadmap, and governance for client organizations.
• Develop enterprise and functional technology strategies aligning business capabilities and digital priorities.
• Assess organizational needs, market trends, and AI use cases to shape actionable recommendations.
• Manage client engagements by planning work, monitoring timelines, and coordinating delivery across teams.
• Coach team members through reviews, feedback, and day-to-day problem solving.
• Translate business goals into technology options that support scalable transformation and measurable value.
• Apply AI fluency, analytics strategy, and roadmap skills to guide planning and decision making.
• Evaluate technology operations, governance, cloud computing, and vendor considerations within strategy recommendations.
• Build client relationships and lead discussions with business and technology leaders on transformation priorities.
• Identify risks and opportunities across complex programs and adjust plans as needed.
