PwC México Acceleration Center is seeking an AI & CCaaS - Manager to lead the analysis and implementation of business applications, mentor junior staff, and manage client accounts across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. You will shape strategic plans, coach teams, and ensure project success with strong leadership and integrity.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and fluent English.

• 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Leading the analysis and implementation of business applications to optimize client operational efficiency
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client objectives
• Guiding teams in the integration and utilization of software solutions for enhanced business performance
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless adoption of business applications
• Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business transformation initiatives
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and professional growth
• Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and practices in business application consulting
